Atlantic County Puerto Rican Parade
Vendor Application
Date: Sunday, August 9, 2009
Place: Atlantic,Connecticut, Pacific and Delaware Avenues Lots,
in front of the Showboat Casino.
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. (Set up time 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.)
CONTRACT AND TERMS
1. THE EXHIBITOR SHALL NOT ASSIGN OR SUBLET SPACE OR PART OF HIS/HER
SPACE WITHOUT PERMISSION.
2. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
3. EXHIBITORS MUST KEEP THEIR SPACE IN GOOD ORDER.
4. THE SPACE MAY BE USED FOR SELLING OF ONLY THOSE ITEMS AS DESCRIBED
IN THE EXHIBITOR’S APPLICATION.
5. THE ATLANTIC COUNTY PUERTO RICAN PARADE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE OR
LIABLE FOR YOUR BOOTH. MUST SIGN HOLD HARMLESS AGREEMENT.
6. THE EXHIBITOR SHALL ARRANGE HIS/HER SPACE SO THAT OTHER EXHIBITORS
WILL NOT BE BLOCKED FROM VIEW OR ENTRANCE.
7. THE PARADE FESTIVAL WILL BE ON SUNDAY, AUGUST 9, 2009, RAIN OR
SHINE. THE SHOW MUST GO ON. IN CASE IT RAINS, SINCE IT IS AN ACT
OF GOD, THE ATLANTIC COUNTY PUERTO RICAN PARADE WILL NOT REFUND
ANY MONEY TO VENDORS.
8. EACH VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE KEEPING THEIR AREA CLEAN. ONCE THE
FESTIVAL COMES TO CLOSING, EACH VENDOR MUST CLEAN THEIR AREA AND
WAIT FOR THE FOOD VENDOR COORDINATOR TO INSPECT THE BOOTH’S SITE.
FAILURE TO CLEAN AREA WILL RESULT IN NOT TO EVER SERVE AS A VENDOR
IN THE ACPRP EVENTS.
9. VENDOR MUST PAY FULL AMOUNT OF BOOTH AT LEAST (4) WEEKS PRIOR
TO EVENT.
10. EACH VENDOR NUMBER WILL BE ASSIGN IN THE ORDER IN WHICH THE
APPLICATION AND CHECKS ARE RECEIVED.
11. THE ATLANTIC COUNTY PUERTO RICAN PARADE HAS THE RIGHT TO CLOSE
DOWN A BOOTH, IF THE PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE BOOTH ARE ACTING
IN AN INAPPROPRIATE MANNER.
12. THE ATLANTIC COUNTY PUERTO RICAN PARADE HAS ALL THE RIGHT FOR
ALL LIQUOR SALES. IF A VENDOR IS CAUGHT SELLING LIQUOR, THE CITY
OF ATLANTIC CITY POLICE WILL HANDLE THE SITUATION, WHICH IS CLOSING
THE BOOTH, AND FOLLOWING THE LAWS OF THE STATE OF NEW JERSEY.
13. VENDOR SHOULD PROVIDE HIS OR HER OWN GENERATOR.
I agree to observe the above rules and agree to keep my booth open
until the parade activities finish at 10:00 p.m.
